Sharing 350 Million Dollars Recover Loot is Impossible- Senator Shehu Sani.

Image
Abacha recovering loot will be tied to a project in the country instead of sharing to 180 millions Nigerians. Sharing 350 million dollars recovered loot to 180 million Nigerians is impossible. It will end up with beneficiaries whose names will be given by governors, ministers, lawmakers and the president's men. Let it be tied to a project Nigerians can see with their own eyes. Breaking: Contaminated Food Werehouse Discover at Uyo: Babatunde Irukera.

Today, I feel an unusual mixed bag. For the first time, I publicly admit I am afraid! And I truly am. This weekend has been a roller coaster of some sort, not the type that pumps adrenaline; on the contrary, the sort that saps it. I am now confused and at a fork in the road. Should I be encouraged or discouraged? Motivated or demotivated? Inspired or retire? Energized or tranquilized? Activated or deactivated? Early this year, reports came to me that some illegal activities were occurring in Uyo and contaminated food, especially rice was entering the market. Our zonal operatives had interdicted some.  The CPC officers of the Federal Republic were ultimately caught in a massive criminal web that had included them being arrested. It took my yelling and scampering around to secure their release. I experienced the surrender of the rule of law as those who should be prey became hunters.  A powerful gang of smugglers combined with the vilest men in both intention and violence,

My Appeal to all our Pastors in Celestial Church of Christ—Charles Urubusi

Image
Most of the orthodox and pentecostal churches are into humanitarian gestures such as visiting prisons, providing food and health materials for inmates, even securing the release of innocent inmates, they visit the sick in the hospitals, pray for them and support the patients financially, to the extent of paying hospital bills for those who could not afford to do so. They also visit motherless babies home, rehabilitation centres, remind homes, old people homes, in order to support these facilities. I AM USING THIS MEDIUM TO APPEAL TO ALL OUR PASTORS IN CELESTIAL CHURCH OF CHRIST TO TAKE A CUE FROM THE ABOVE NAMED DENOMINATIONS, AND START THINKING  IN THAT DIRECTION. HUMANITARIAN GESTURE IS PART AND PARCEL OF CHRIST MINISTRY. LET US COPY OUR MASTER AND SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST, Click the button below to share on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and Email. World Refugee Day 2018, #WithRefugee-Statement by Hon. Samuel Nartey George on June 20th 2018

Image
STATEMENT BY HON. SAMUEL NARTEY GEORGE (MP) ON THE THEME #WITHREFUGEES TO MARK WORLD REFUGEE DAY ON JUNE 20TH 2018 Rt. Honourable Speaker, Today we live in a world in which uncertainty often abounds; economic instability, political upheaval and violence close to home can make us want to shut our eyes or close our doors. But fear and exclusion will not lead us to a better place - they can only lead to barriers, alienation and despair. It's time to change this trajectory. And for the better. To do this, the UN Refugee Agency launched the #WithRefugees petition in June 2016 to send a message to governments that they must work together and do their fair share for refugees. The hope of June 12th 1993 still resides in Nigeria-Kingsley Moghalu

Image
Twenty five, 25 years anniversary of June 12th holding today shows that Nigeria are ready to do as they have done at the 1993 presidential election come 2019. 25 years ago, Nigerians came out in large numbers to send the military back to their barracks. They came together across tribe and tongue to make a clear statement in the freest and fairest election in Nigeria’s history. Briefly, the heavens opened, and we got a glimpse of what Nigeria could be. Moshood Kashimawo Olawale (MKO) Abiola’s campaign was about hope—hope that Nigeria could live up to its promise. Hope that at last, the most populous black nation on earth could take its rightful place in the world. June 12, 1993 was the high point of that hope. It was the day when Nigerians arrived at the ballot box sick and tired of the status quo. They were so tired that in that election, Northerners voted massively for Abiola, a Southern candidate, with Bashir Tofa his challenger, losing his home state of Kano. That hope
