Breaking: PDP merge with R–APC and over 30 parties change name to CUPP

After merging, PDP change name to CUPP according to Channel TV on Monday ahead of 2019 general election. The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, on Monday formed an alliance with over 30 political parties and announced a new name called Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP). According to ChannelsTv, the announcement followed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by the leaders of the merging parties. This according to reports was to win the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the forthcoming 2019 election. The good News is that the Gov Elect is also from Ekiti, I wish you all the best. Let me advise those who think Fayose should be abused because his party lost election to desist since it is a contest, only one person could win at a time. Fayose is already a two term Gov. He is entitled to all emoluments as a former Governor. It is instructive to note that some politicians in Ondo state today stands irrelevant in the APC just because they were taking orders from Tinubu when Fayemi was bent on decimating his(Tinubu's) empire in Ondo state which he did successfully.
